"If you can dream it, you can achieve it!" - Yes, even you!
I was born and raised in a small village south of Slovakia near the Hungarian border. I always admired those who knew who they wanted to be when they grew up. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of those people. I never knew in my life what the heck I was supposed to do with myself and what career path was the best for me, so I had to create it myself.
Early age, I learned the importance of the study to have a good life and help others. As soon as I knew how to write, I created to-do lists of everything! I love writing and found this is the best way to express myself and my feelings and spread my learning points and experience with others to help them succeed and achieve their goals.
My mission is to help those either stuck in their lives or struggling with emotional eating, anxiety, never-ending to-do lists, prioritisation, time management, procrastination or imposter syndrome. I went through an eye-opening transformation myself in the past few years, struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks and other mental and physical illnesses.
After my second burnout, I slowly re-discovered myself, used tactical steps to heal, which I'll share with you on my site. I want you to understand that your past struggles, financial background or childhood traumas can never determine what you are capable of in life; there is always a choice in what happens to you and your response.
I am not a certified nutritionist or psychologist, but I went through lots of therapy myself, and I am sharing my own experience and healing process with you if you are in the same boat as me. ​I intend to create a better, healthier and positive place to live and leave for the next generation. To provide you with an army of tools to incorporate in your busy life, feel better, love yourself, love your inner child, and make peace with your past so you can create a brighter future for yourself and those you love the most.
